You tell us what’s going on
The call or the website form is the same to us: tell us what the tree is doing and where it stands. “Half-dead maple leaning over the garage.” “Three stumps from the previous owner.” “Something big cracked in last night’s wind.” That’s enough for us to know what we’re coming to look at — and how fast we need to come. Storm and hazard calls jump the line, any hour; we run 24/7 for those.
We walk the property with you
When we come out, we want you there if you can be — because the estimate starts with what you want, not what we’d sell. Point out what bothers you. We’ll look at the tree’s condition, what’s under and around it, and how we’d get equipment to it, and we’ll tell you what we’d actually do: sometimes that’s the removal you expected, sometimes it’s “a trim fixes this and the tree stays.”
You get a real number
The quote is for the work described — a real number, not a teaser that grows later. If access needs the crane or the spider lift, that’s already in it. No pressure to add services you didn’t ask about, and no penalty for thinking it over.
Questions worth asking any tree company
- Are you insured? (We’re fully insured and bonded — and you should ask everyone this, not just us.)
- What equipment will the job use, and will it fit my property?
- What does cleanup include? Is the wood hauled, chipped, or left cut?
- Is the stump included, optional, or not offered?
